Small Updates + Linux Release

I released a new version of Isometric Park (0.24.30-1), with some fun additions:

• Linux package
• Initial dialogue
• Visual tweaks to fit my target aesthetic

If you tried to download the initial Windows version, it wasn't working but should be now (hence the "fixed").

Much of my time has actually gone toward fixing things in the various packages. .NET generally works across platforms as promised, but it seems like when adding new dependencies, certain platforms need some fiddling to avoid errors due to missing files.

I'd like to add some fun features soon and maybe do a ProcJam retrospective. Work might get busy again in January, so I probably won't be able to work on it virtual every day like I have been.
